The Journey of Velour Florals
My story began with a simple fascination: the way a single bloom can transform a room. What started as a childhood hobby of drawing sunflowers and roses on sketchbooks evolved into a lifelong pursuit of floral artistry. I believe that flowers are more than just decoration; they are a language of emotion and a bridge to nature's most serene moments.
By day, I still work in engineering, and in May 2026 I finally decided to follow a long-held dream and step into floristry. Velour Florals is the start of that journey. I bring the same precision, care and problem-solving mindset from engineering into every bespoke bouquet I create. I’m at the very beginning, and I’m excited to see where this path leads—with your support and your trust in my flowers.
Today, I stand at the intersection of tradition and innovation. I am committed to sustainable practices and the use of only the finest, ethically sourced blooms. My journey is one of continuous learning, inspired by the world-renowned techniques I am currently honing through my training with Joseph Massie. I am more than a florist; I am an artisan dedicated to the art of the floral craft.
Why I Started Velour Florals
The Heart of Velour
Rooted in a lifelong love of flowers, my work is born from a desire to bring joy and peace to every occasion. I believe that every bouquet speaks its own story, in every season and for every occasion, capturing the beauty of nature and how it touches the soul.
2026 Training
