Delivery & Collection

At Velour Florals, every arrangement is made to order using market-fresh stems, sourced personally to ensure the highest quality blooms for your order. To maintain our standard of freshness and craftsmanship, please read our delivery and collection policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Made to Order

1.1 All Velour Florals arrangements are made to order using fresh stems sourced directly from the market.

1.2 As we source the majority of our flowers on Saturday mornings from well-known luxury standard flower markets, orders are scheduled around our sourcing schedule to guarantee the freshest possible stems for your arrangement.

1.3 We kindly ask that all orders are placed a minimum of 1-2 weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for sourcing, preparation and crafting of your arrangement.

1.4 Orders placed during the week will typically be scheduled for fulfilment the following week, subject to availability and confirmation from us.

2. Delivery

2.1 Velour Florals offers local hand delivery from two locations:

• 📍 West Drayton Studio — UB7, West Drayton

• 📍 Southall Home Studio — UB2, Southall

Delivery charges are based on distance from your nearest Velour Florals location and are as follows:

• Up to 5 miles — £10

• Up to 10 miles — £20

• Up to 15 miles — £30

• Beyond 15 miles — available at our discretion, please enquire directly at info@velourflorals.co.uk

2.2 When placing your order please confirm your postcode so we can calculate delivery distance from your nearest studio location and confirm the applicable delivery charge.

2.2 Deliveries are available Monday to Friday after 5:00pm and anytime on weekends, subject to availability and prior confirmation.

2.3 Your delivery date and time window will be confirmed by email or direct message upon order acceptance.

2.4 Whilst every effort will be made to deliver on the agreed date, Velour Florals cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2.5 If no one is available to accept delivery at the specified address, we will attempt to deliver to an immediate neighbour and leave a note. If delivery cannot be completed we will contact you to arrange an alternative suitable time.

2.6 Velour Florals accepts no responsibility for failed or delayed deliveries where incorrect or incomplete address details have been provided by the customer.

2.7 Once your arrangement has been handed over to you or your nominated recipient, responsibility for its care and condition transfers entirely to the customer. Please refer to our Returns & Complaints Policy for full details.

3. Collection

3.1 Free collection is available from either of our studios in West Drayton / Southall, by prior arrangement only.

3.2 A collection date and time must be agreed with us in advance. Please contact us at info@velourflorals.co.uk or via Instagram @velourflorals.studio to arrange your collection slot.

3.3 Collections are available at mutually agreed times, subject to availability.

3.4 Please ensure you collect your arrangement on the agreed date and time to ensure the freshness of your flowers. Velour Florals cannot be held responsible for the condition of arrangements that are collected late.

4. Order Confirmation

4.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by Velour Florals. A contract is not formed until you receive an official order confirmation from us via email or direct message.

4.2 For bespoke and custom orders a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your order date.

4.3 Full payment is required prior to delivery or collection of your arrangement.

5. Cancellations & Amendments

5.1 Standard orders may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before the confirmed delivery or collection date for a full refund.

5.2 Bespoke and custom orders — the 50% deposit paid upon booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
